Karen has over 15 years experience in the beauty industry. She has taught at Milton Keynes college and is now the national training manager for skincare company Ahava. Karen also owns and runs her own consultancy business alongside Ahava training, whilst performing treatments at Taylor Made Beauty.
Sarah has 13 years experience in the beauty industry. Karen and Sarah first worked together at Hartwell House Spa and Hotel in Buckinghamshire in 1994. Since the birth of her daughter in December 2006, Sarah now works part time at the Buckingham salon.
Nikki joined us in 2008 from Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa in Northamptonshire where she gained a vast amount of her experience, working in all areas of beauty and holistic therapy. She works full time at the Buckingham salon. In July 2008, Nikki began working at Ahava in London's Covent Garden as a beauty therapist, on a Monday. She worked here for a year to gain confidence and experience which she found helpful for her teaching course which she completed in December 2009.
Taylor Made Beauty in Buckingham was opened in October 2005 and proved to be very sucessful. After renting a room at the Swan Pool in Buckingham for 8 years, Karen and Sarah needed more space and more treatment rooms to deal with the huge demand.
