Eyelash Extensions are indivdual synthetic lashes applied and bonded to your natural lash. There are varying lengths from 8mm - 12mm with different thicknesses and curls.

A full set for both eyes can take up to 2 hours, depending on how many natural eyelashes you have. Extensions can only be applied to existing lashes, I cannot add extensions where there is no natural lash.

There is no damage to the natural lash unless the extension is pulled out. Having eyelash extensions does not cause your eyelashes to fall out quicker, they will continue to fall out at their normal rate.

The procedure is not painful, you will need to lay on the couch for the duration of the treatment with your eyes closed. Eyes can be opened at most points throughout the treatment if you let the therapist know.

The average life cycle of a natural lash is around 90 days. A full set of eyelash extensions will need a rebalance or infill every 2-4 depending on how you look after the lashes. This is also dependant on whether extensions are applied to brand new lashes or old lashes that are about to fall out. This can be difficult to tell whilst applying lashes, but a full set generally guarantees most eyelashes have an extension attached.
